Pitched Terms and Conditions
Incorporating Pitched Applications Limited and Pitched Booking Limited
Upon signing the Sales Order the parties enter into a legally binding agreement for the provision of the services or software as set out in the Sales Order and where appropriate Statement of Work.
The parties agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement which consist of the terms listed on the Sales Order, details of which can be found in the links below.
Please note: Not all the terms shown below may apply, please check your Sales Order for reference.
